Editorial Guidelines

Our mission

Income Nova exists to help readers earn money online without the hype. Every editorial decision we make is judged against a single question: can a reader act on this and actually make progress? If the answer is no, we don't publish it.

Sourcing standards

• Primary sources first. Statistics, prices, and platform policies are linked to the original source — the platform's own docs, an official filing, or a named study. Second-hand claims are avoided.
• First-hand experience. Where the topic involves a workflow, tool, or tactic, the writer has personally used it. When that isn't possible, we clearly label the section as "reported" rather than "tested".
• Named authors. Every article is attributed to a real person with a bio and a public track record in the topic they cover.

Fact-checking

Before publication, every article is reviewed against a fact-checking checklist: every dollar figure, product feature, and third-party quote is verified. Broken or paywalled links are replaced. If a claim cannot be verified, it is removed — not softened.

Updates and revisions

"Make money online" advice ages faster than most topics. Every guide on Income Nova is reviewed at least every 90 days. When we make a material change, we update the "Last updated" date at the top of the article and note substantive edits at the bottom.

Corrections policy

When we get something wrong, we fix it. Confirmed corrections are updated within 72 hours of us receiving the report. Significant corrections include a dated note at the bottom of the article. To flag an error, email hello@incomenova.example with the URL and the specific issue.

Affiliate and advertising disclosure

Income Nova earns revenue from affiliate partnerships, display advertising, and our own digital products. Affiliate relationships never influence which products we recommend or how we rank them. Every article that contains affiliate links includes a clear disclosure above the fold. See our full disclaimer and privacy policy for details.

We do not accept: paid placements presented as editorial, "sponsored reviews" that require a specific rating, gifted products with strings attached, or link-swap arrangements.

How we use AI

We use AI tools for research, outlining, and first-pass drafting. Every published article is then reviewed, edited, fact-checked, and signed off by a human editor who adds first-hand experience, original examples, and specific data. We do not publish unedited AI output, and AI is never used to fabricate quotes, statistics, or case studies.

What we will not publish

• Get-rich-quick schemes, MLMs, or anything that pays primarily for recruiting others.
• Unverifiable income claims or fabricated case studies.
• Content about regulated activities (investing, tax, legal, medical) that reads as personalized advice — we always defer to licensed professionals.
• AI-generated content that has not been reviewed by a human editor.

Reader privacy

We do not sell reader data. Analytics are used in aggregate to improve articles. Details live in our privacy policy and cookie policy.
